KIN's "International Experience'" - Interactive Cultural Workshop & Training
KIN's International Experience is for those who would like to learn more about internationals in Knoxville and how they can fulfill the Great Commission without traveling overseas. The Lord has indeed brought over 45,000 foreigners to the Knox-metro area, many of whom are unfamiliar with gospel truth.

This training is great for anyone who wants to be more involved with "the nations" right here in metro Knoxville!
No prior international experience is necessary.

The training includes:
  • KIN's Cross-Cultural Communication Seminar
  • Additional seminars including: "Biblical Basis of Missions", "World Religions" & "Foreigners in Our Midst"
  • Q & A with a panel of internationals who now call Knoxville home
  • Meals from ethnic restaurants
  • Interactive activities: cultural education games and a local field trip

“The speakers were very knowledgeable and opened my eyes to the fact that God has brought people from the 10/40 window right into our own city. After gaining this knowledge, we can no longer say, ‘We didn’t know they were here!’"

“I came to this training thinking I knew quite a bit about the US international population. But this event gave me an entirely different understanding of why internationals are here, how they got here, and how we (as Christians) are to minister to them.”
