There are multiple English Language classes available throughout Metro Knoxville and Oak Ridge. Several church-based programs teach from the same books as the government programs to ensure students' preparation for the GED/HiSet test; others teach life skills, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation; while others are more conversational in nature and several use the Bible as their text (Bible-based program).
